The Polish Cultural Enrichment Program, otherwise known as the Polish Saturday School, was established 22 years ago at the St, Stanislaus Parish in the North Portland Interstate neighborhood. The program’s goal was - and continues to be - to preserve the Polish language and culture in families of Polish heritage living outside of Poland.
We are proud to now have 40 children, ages 3-17, enrolled in our school to learn the language and culture of their forefathers. Our students practice the Polish language, learn about the history and geography of Poland, learn folk dances and songs, and create art. They also make everlasting friendships. We meet every other Saturday.

15th US Conference of Polish School Teachers and Parent Committee Members, May 25-28, 2018
Our school was selected to organize and host this year's US Conference of Polish School Teachers and Parent Committee Members, which is an incredible honor for both our school and the entire Polish community in Portland. The conference takes place every two years, each time in a different state. The last few have taken place in Orlando, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston and Houston.
These conferences are a great occasion for the teachers and advocates of Polish schools from America, Poland and other regions of the world to meet, collaborate and exchange proven solutions, game-changing ideas, and the tools needed to transform student learning. It is also an opportunity for us to showcase our Polish environment and achievements in shaping the Polish language and culture in the state of Oregon.
If you are able to, we would very much appreciate your financial sponsorship or in-kind contributions of items or services that you can provide. Since Polish Festival is our Fiscal Sponsor, and they are a non-profit organization, any contribution you make to our Conference is tax deductible. If you would like to offer your financial support please write a check to: ZJAZDPORTLAND2018. If you need any further information for tax purposes or just to learn about us, please do not hesitate to contact the Director of the Polish Cultural Enrichment Program, Renata Dajnowska at email@example.com.
